The theme of organised nature walks or even mining (Betyár-tanya tourist hut, Bányamodell) is presented in the form of spectacular installations. Pécs Fairytale Forest - Dömötör gate

.
If you draw a circle of 5 km radius around the crater of the open-cast mine of Pécs, the location of some of the town's sagas will fall within this circle. Levente Császár and Éva Radnai used this circle, called Gyükés, to compile the fable of Pécs, which bears the title KING OF THE DOMED. Thus, the story includes the dwarves of the Dömörkapu, the Lámpás Valley, the András Mine, the Canta Castle, the Szamár Well and their version of the folk tale of the Giants of Mecsek. And since this was once the site of the town's amusement park, we invite you to a 12-station fun walk through the park. Step into the fairytale of Pécs!
