Hotel services:
Accessibility: All rooms are wheelchair accessible. We have several rooms designed for this purpose. The wheelchair-accessible room is equipped with the same facilities as the Superior room, but the shower area is wheelchair-accessible and equipped with an alarm bell.
The pools at the spa do not have a retractable device.

Air conditioning: Our hotel rooms and common areas are air-conditioned during the summer. Your room is equipped with an individual regulator for your comfort. Please keep the windows closed to ensure the efficient operation of the air conditioning. Read more under Temperature control.
Allergen table: Our allergen table gives you precise information about the ingredients that cause allergies or intolerances in the foods we offer. If you have any queries about your meal, please let our staff know, either at the time of booking, on arrival or at the restaurant. If you have any specific requests, please contact our waiters if you cannot find the best offer.
Antiallergenic bed linen: Please make any requests in advance at the time of booking at the sales desk or during your stay at the Reception.
An up-to-date news source in the room: You can catch up on the news on our national and international TV news channels.
ATM machines: The nearest vending machines are located in Komlo (5 km), above the MOL petrol station or in the city centre.
Attractions in the area: Please ask at the Reception for information about sights, attractions and activities in the area.

Bank cards: In addition to cash payment, you can also pay by credit/debit card at our hotel. Accepted credit and debit cards are AMEX, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, OTP, MBH, K&H Széchenyi Pihenő Kártya.

Beauty services: In the cozy treatment rooms of our SPA department, we perform our treatments with professional cosmetics, which introduce our guests to the new dimension of the spa: face and body treatments, bath treatments, scrubs, massage specialties. Opening hours: every day 09:00-18:00
Beds: Our rooms are equipped with mattresses specially designed for hotel relaxation. The 25 cm thick mattress provides adequate support for the waist, back, head, neck and knees, and thanks to the high density foam layers, helps to maintain the natural S shape of the spine. The mattresses and boxspring beds in our rooms measure 90*200 cm.

Bowling: Located next to the Snack Bar, please ask at the hotel reception. In case of damage, a compensation surcharge will be applied.

Breakfast: A buffet breakfast is served every day between 07:30 and 10:00 in the Hotel’s Restaurant.
Breakfast in the room: You will find a breakfast room card in your room, which you must fill in and return to the Reception desk no later than 20:00 the night before.
Cake ordering: Please make your request in advance when booking or during your stay by contacting our Restaurant Manager or Reception. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the quality of food taken away from the hotel due to possible failure to provide specialised storage conditions. Cakes not ordered from us can only be picked up and served on presentation of a bakery receipt.

Check-in/check-out: Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. Early arrival is subject to availability and subject to a surcharge at the Reception.
From 1 September 2021, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record the personal data of all guests on arrival either on a document reader or manually, as defined by law. Under the Regulation, the personal data required by law (Act CLVI of 2016 on State Tasks for the Development of Tourist Areas) may also be recorded by the accommodation provider on the basis of a declaration by a representative (e.g. parent, guardian) for guests under 14 years of age. In the event of cancellation due to legal requirements (lack of identification), the cancellation conditions stated in the confirmation shall apply.
Cleaning: The hotel rooms are cleaned every day between 9:00 and 15:00. Guests can request extra cleaning by placing a „Cleaning please” sign on the door handle in their room.
Cleaning products: Our Reception is at your disposal to replace any toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor) forgotten at home, for a fee.
Clothes dryer: The rooms are equipped with a clothes dryer that can be opened or wall-mounted.
Clothing: Guests are kindly requested to wear appropriate attire when visiting the Source Restaurant. Please refrain from wearing leisurewear and bathrobes.
Computer help: Please contact Reception.
Compensation: The hotel will compensate the damage caused by negligence or intentionally.
Complaint: Please contact Reception with any complaints or comments during your stay so that we can resolve any queries or problems as quickly and fully as possible.

Currency exchange: Currency exchange is not available at our hotel, but we accept Euro for bill payments. Please ask at the Reception for currency exchange.
Curtains: All our rooms are fitted with light-transmitting curtains to prevent the room from being seen from the outside, and blackout curtains provide a blackout option.

Deep cleaning of mattresses: Our mattresses are cleaned annually with a chemical-free deep cleaning process using Tisztaszoba.hu’s patented Delphin device.

Departure, check-out: On the day of departure, the room is available until 10.00 am. To ensure a smooth check-out, it is possible to pay the bill the evening before departure. For late check-out, please refer to the relevant paragraph.

Dietary and vegetarian meals: Please inform the Reception about your request in advance, when booking or during your stay. We take care of your health when it comes to meals, please ask the hotel restaurant for special requests (diets, vegetarian meals).
Dinner: A half-buffet buffet dinner is available every day between 17:30-21:00 in the Forrás Restaurant.

Door: When you leave your room, make sure you leave the door locked. It is sufficient to close the door.
Early arrival: Early arrival is possible depending on availability, so the wellness area can be used after early arrival upon reservation. Please ask at Reception for availability and prices.
Electricity: The hotel has a 230V supply, and room cards must be inserted into the wall unit in the rooms for the system to operate. The room network does not allow the operation of high-power electrical units.
Elevator: The hotel has 1 passenger lift. Please do not use the lift in case of emergency or fire alarm.
Emergency exit: According to the escape route on the inside of the room door.
Escape route: In the event of a fire, follow the escape route on the room door and the instructions of our staff.
Event: There are 5 event (conference and session) rooms in our hotel, which can be an excellent venue for private and corporate events. The rooms have natural lighting and can be darkened, heating/cooling can be individually controlled. For events, please contact Reception or our Events Sales team at event@hilarishotels.hu. Excursions: For information and advice on excursions and current cultural programmes, please contact Reception.
Extra bed: Some rooms can accommodate extra beds. A limited number of extra beds are available. Please inform Reception in advance at the time of booking or during your stay.

Fire protection: Our hotel guests are protected by a high-tech automated fire protection system and fire extinguishers located on each floor. As soon as you hear the warning siren sound, please use the escape route as instructed by the staff or as indicated on the Fire Alarm Plan posted on the inside of the room door. Do not use the lift! If you notice a fire, please report it immediately to the Reception.
First aid: A first aid room with first aid equipment is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, in the wellness area, from 08:00 to 20:00 (Friday to Saturday until 21:00). A thermometer and a band-aid are available at the Reception.
Fitness room: In the wellness area of our hotel, there is also a fitness room with cardio machines, overlooking the forest and the villas, which can be accessed from the SPA Reception on the 1st floor, on the left hand side, towards the Wellness entrance. Flour sensitivity: We can provide gluten-free meals, but we cannot guarantee complete gluten-free status due to possible cross-contamination, as the food is not prepared in a separate room. Please make your request in advance at the time of booking or during your stay at the Reception. Please feel free to ask our restaurant colleagues for assistance in choosing the right dishes on site.
Flowers: You can place your order at Reception.
Found objects: Please hand in your lost property to Reception, where it will be registered. Items suitable for storage will be kept by the hotel for 3 months.

Internet: Wireless internet (WIFI) is available in the hotel’s public areas and rooms free of charge. You will receive a password for check-in at the Reception (Hotel Passport) on arrival.
Iron: Under current fire safety regulations, the use of an iron in a room, together with any other fire risk activity, is strictly forbidden, so please contact our staff on the floor or Reception.
Ironing: Ironing services are available at the hotel and can be found in the laundry price list next to the laundry bag in the wardrobe. Ironing is carried out within 2 hours of the garment being delivered, between 8am and 6pm.
Jakuzzi: Our wellness area has an indoor and an outdoor jakuzzi.
Kettle: A limited number are available. Please inform Reception in advance at the time of booking or during your stay.
Late check-out: Late check-out is possible at our hotel, depending on occupancy, so you can also use the wellness area after a room extension. Please ask at the Reception for details and prices.

Lunch: In our 1st floor Snack Restaurant you can choose from our a la carte menu every day between 12:00-17:00. Snack food orders are taken until 17:00 at the bars.
Magnetic card: The doors of the hotel rooms are operated by a magnetic key card. You can access the room by touching the card to the reader on the lock mechanism. Upon entering the room, the card must be inserted into the wall switch inside the door, which will enable power to the room. Upon departure, please hand in the card at the Reception. Compensation may be charged for cards not handed in.

Parking: It is possible to park your car in front of the main entrance of the hotel for loading and unloading. After that, we provide free of charge for hotel guests unattended parking, monitored by a camera, or unattended parking, monitored by a camera and closed by a barrier. We are not responsible for vehicles parked in the car park. Buses can park in the back row of the closed parking lot.

Pets (dog, cat): Pets are allowed in the hotel’s designated rooms under the supervision of the guest for a fee. The common areas can be used only for access to the hotel room without disturbing the rest of the guests, but not for other areas such as the Restaurant, Snack Bar, Wellness area. The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal brought in. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse to allow the animal to remain in the hotel if it considers that the animal is disturbing the proper operation of the hotel or the peace and quiet of other guests. Please bring your pet’s vaccination book and muzzle with you.

Playground for children: The children’s playroom is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, next to the Snack Bar. Animation programmes are available on pre-announced days and times (during special periods and thematic programmes), please ask at the Hotel Reception.

Restaurant Breakfast and dinner are available buffet style in the ground floor restaurant of our hotel, and at noon you can choose from the a’la carte menu in the Snack Restaurant on the 1st floor.

Room permanent fitting: In our rooms you will find make-up wipes, ear cleaner, body lotion, paper cosmetic tissue, hygiene bag, toilet paper, shower cap, sewing kit, shoe spoon, laundry bag, shoe cleaning sponge, slippers. Shower gel, shampoo and liquid soap are fixed in the bath.

Room service: The room service menu is available in the room. You can place your order on the 160 or 170 sideboard.
Rooms can be ordered with fittings: As a surprise, or just for your convenience, you can ask for something to be prepared in your room (fruit bowl, drink, flowers, etc.). Please make your request in advance at the time of booking or during your stay at the Reception.
Safe in the room: A safe of sufficient size to store your valuables and money is available in the room free of charge. The safe will be left open. To use it, you must first press the Reset button and then enter a 4-digit combination in any order. Afterwards, press the Enter key and close the safe, enter the new code and click on the Key button to open the room safe. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables stored outside the safe.
Sauna: Located in the Wellness area. In our sauna world we offer 4 types of saunas for our guests who wish to relax and enjoy perfect harmony. Security: For your safety, please always lock the room door when you go to sleep or leave the room. The hotel has CCTV surveillance in the car park and public areas.

Shampoo: The shower cubicles contain shower gel and shampoo in one.

Shoe care products: A shoehorn and cleaning sponge are available in the wardrobe in the room, free of charge.
Shoe cleaning: Shoe dryers are available at the main entrance, on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Smoking: In accordance with the law, the entire hotel is non-smoking, including balconies and terraces. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas. Extra cleaning costs for smoking will be charged to the responsible party. In case of activation of the fire alarm system by smoking, the cost of the fire brigade’s call-out will be charged to the responsible party.
Snack Bar – Wellness: The wellness level is also accessible from the pool area. Opening hours: every day from 12:00 to 16:30. In addition to drinks (served in plastic cups), snacks can be ordered. Snacks are available until 16.30 at the Bar.
Snack Bar: Available on the 1st floor, 7 days a week, from 12:00 to 17:30 (opening on Saturdays at 10:00). A’la carte food (until 17:00) and drinks are available in the Bar, with our waiters on hand to assist you.
Souvenirs: Souvenirs related to the hotel can be purchased at Reception.

Telephone: In-room handsets can be used for calls both inside and outside the hotel. Instructions for use and a list of telephone accessories available in the hotel are provided next to the devices. Calls within the hotel are free of charge. There is a charge for using the outside line of the room telephone. The hotel will automatically charge the cost of the telephone calls to the guest’s room bill at the hotel surcharge based on the provider’s telephone company rates.
Television: All our rooms are equipped with television, with separate sets in the living room and bedrooms in our suites. You will find our channel selection on the leaflet next to the television.
Temperature control: With room thermostats, it is possible to adjust the temperature up or down from the base temperature by turning the thermostat +/-. In addition, the intensity of the humidification can be varied by means of a step switch.

Towel: White, room towels. Daily change of towels is possible if you clearly indicate or request it (by dropping the towel on the floor) after use. Coloured towels made for the room can be taken to the bath area.

Washing: Our hotel offers laundry services for our guests for a fee. Please use the laundry bag and laundry list provided in your room, which includes the fees charged, and hand it in to the Reception desk by 09:00 in the morning. The order will be completed by 17:00. Vegetarian meals: The buffet table also includes vegetarian dishes. If you can’t find something to your liking, please contact our restaurant colleagues.
Wellness: Our 350 m2 wellness area, with 3 indoor pools, a children’s pool, a sauna area and jacuzzi showers, is at the disposal of our guests. In the outdoor area there is 1 sauna and a whirlpool. In our treatment rooms, we use professional cosmetics to offer our guests a new dimension of Spa treatments. Use of the wellness facilities in case of early arrival or late check-out: You can use the spa until you check in or check out of the room. Early arrival and late departure rates are available from Reception.

Wellness towel: You will find the colourful Wellness towel ready in the room.
Window: Please close the window when you leave your room. The heating/air conditioning is automatically switched off when you open the window.
